The Skill Development Institute ( SDI) , a prestigious NBCC project, is an institutional project spread over approx. 47 acres with a project cost of nearly 300cr.
Combining the traditional elements of Kalinga architecture with sustainable design features, the campus embraces the concept of “study with nature” to create an ideal learning environment.

It includes admin, academic, workshop, recreational, and residential areas, along with faculty quarters, guest house, and an Open-Air Theatre (OAT) surrounded by lush green spaces with a water body nearby.
The institute integrates sustainable design features such as solar energy, water conservation techniques, effective waste management practices, green materials for accoustic treatment.
By blending heritage, sustainability, and modern facilities, the SDI provides students with a holistic educational experience that prepares them for the future while fostering a deep connection with nature.
